BOX SpamTrap helps enterprises to save the budget

Content

SpamTrap can recover 30%-50% of network resources.
  • SpamTrap enhances network security.

  • SpamTrap management effort is only one-third that of managing content filtering products.

  • Eliminating Spam can drastically improve enterprises’ operational efficiency.

  • Regarding system management, SpamTrap offers 5 protection modes for system administrators to flexibly take action against messages determined to be spam: stamp, passing, quarantine, blocking and discard mode. In Stamp Mode, targeted recipients will continue to receive these messages with a spam marker stamped in the Mail Header; in Passing Mode, targeted recipients will continue to receive these messages with a spam marker stamped in the Mail Header and the Mail Subject. System administrators may configure the stamp postmark in the Mail Subject line. With the built-in Mail Rule functionality of popular MUAs (e.g. Outlook/Outlook Express), users may sort and filter incoming spam messages. In Quarantine Mode, spam messages will be quarantined temporarily in a Quarantine Area. Authorized users may resend, delete, or let pass specific messages, and edit personal or group Black/Whitelists with ease. Each user will receive daily Personal Spam Mail Reports whereby they may resend assigned messages and compose personal Black/Whitelists. In Blocking Mode, original messages will be bounced with error notification. The server will make Spam Mail judgements deterministically. System administrators may customize returned message notifications. The enterprise E-Mail policy of this status is complete and secure control of E-Mail system usage. In Discard Mode, spam messages will be received and deleted without error notifications.
